Brandi is a results driven professional with nearly 15 years of experience working in the labour relations field, as both a union representative and company LR advisor. She is an experienced leader, providing guidance and expertise in grievance and arbitration management, collective bargaining and strategic planning. She is a confident communicator with training in conducting harassment investigations and facilitating mediation and conflict resolution sessions. She is a passionate educator with a wide range of experience in developing and delivering supervisor training for unionized work sites.

Brandi Tracksell

Brandi worked for many years as a union organizer and service representative for a large private sector union before she decided to work as the labour Relations Specialist at a large mining company in Saskatchewan.

She completed her B.A at the University of Saskatchewan, and her Occupational Health and Safety applied certificate at Saskatchewan Polytechnic and her Adult Education Diploma at St. FX University. Brandi also has her Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

Brandi has also served as a District Council Delegate and Board Member for a large Credit Union for over 7 years. During this time, she has served on the Nominations Committee, Governance Committee, Subsidiary Operations Committee and CEO Liaison Committee. She is an Accredited Canadian Credit Union Director.
