"As Chief Governance Officer, I have had the opportunity to work with Ms. Tracksell as an elected official, through many mergers and acquisitions.  Many employees were represented by UFCW, while others in various locations across the province were independent, non-union worksites.  Goverance and transparency were key drivers in the growth and development of the organization.  Ms. Tracksell was involved in both leadership and democratic representation.  During this time, she impressed me and my colleagues with her management skills generally, as well as her competence and understanding of governance matters, both, union and non-union."
